Reservations
To make reservations, be sure to call and request the preferred rate of $139 per night (single or double) for Prometheus Retreat guests. Please note that the preferred rate cannot be obtained through the resort's web reservation system. You must call one of the numbers listed above.

Would you like to extend your stay?
The preferred rate is also available to retreat attendees for three days prior to and three days after the event!

Hotel Reservation Deadline and Cancellation Policy
Hotel reservations must be made by April 20th in order to receive the preferred Prometheus Retreat rate. Room cancellations must be received by May 3rd in order to receive a refund on your deposit.
